SpCrossreactivity
Human SHBG ELISA kit is specific for human SHBG with no significant reactivity TBG or other serum proteins. Human SHBG ELISA kit species crossreactivity with TSH from other species (mouse, rat, and monkey) has not been established.

TMB (substrate), H2SO4 (1% in a buffered stop solution), and Prolcin-300 (0.1% v/v in standards, sample diluent and HRP-conjugates
